Group reservations should be made at least one month in advance.   Larger groups should consider making their reserving up to six months in advance given the larger number of people attending. We define a group as any number over ten guests.

Snowy Owl Sled Dog Tours are capable of accommodating almost any size of group.

Our sled configurations are based on offering our guests the option of driving their own dog team.  To learn more please visit our Sled Configuration page!  Each sled is pulled by 6 to 8 of our beautiful and marvelous husky heroes!

Transportation

Snowy Owl Sled Dog Tours’ transportation services are included in the tour prices from Canmore or Banff for our winter tours.  Our transportation service does have some limitations, please contact us for more information.

It is the recommendation of Snowy Owl Sled Dog Tours that all guests participating in any of our dog sledding programs take the provided transportation .   Please be advise that Snowy Owl Sled Dog Tours is not responsible for any guest(s) whom have chosen to drive their own vehicles either because they missed their scheduled picked up time or by their own preference.  We consider our transportation to be the safest and most efficient as the road to our dog sledding site is mountainous terrain involving winter driving conditions.  Our transportation team cannot wait for those who want to follow behind our vans as we have a scheduled time to arrive on site and cannot compromise the quality of our tours for those who have showed up on time and follow the professional advisements of our experienced employees.
