Such a wonderful experience!

I just had to write and say Thank-you so much for the wonderful experience that your team has extended to me. I was given a great gift by Ethan to have a sled and team all on my own and WOW!!!…something never to forget. I had such an interesting team of dogs, Merlin & Geisha out front, Arian in the middle and the powerhouse Baloo in the back. A truly fantastic time…… You have a first class set up and this is why we send all of our guests to you.

Dear Jereme and Snowy Owl Staff, Just wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for putting up such wonderful and carefully planned dog sled tour yesterday. My kids and my wife where extremely happy and fascinated from the experience. It is very refreshing to know that there are businesses out there with very well thought, organized, clean and fun operation (not your every day finding these days). From the minute you walk in the shop you can tell that you guys have an A1 operation. We are so inspired by the experience that we are going to look into the dog scooters to use it with our golden retriever and husky in Miami. Thanks again.

Fantastic Experience!

Thank you for a fantastic experience! Meeting the dogs and learning how to drive a team was very enjoyable! We have lots of wonderful pictures and memories to last a lifetime. An Incredible Day!

Cannot thank all the staff of Snowy Owl enough for a truly incredible day yesterday, 2nd February 2010 (My 40th B/day!!) We did the 4hr Sunfeather Winterlude tour with Hayman as our guide. Everyone at Snowy Owl was awesome from Tina who drove us to spray lakes, Jereme for the instruction and Hayman as our guide. The dogs were amazing, Robbie, Phantom, Gopher, Kiprusoff, & Oliwa (Team 1) & Lady, Shere Khan, Phoenix, Bourbon, Spot, Cypress & Achilles (Team 2.) We were so sad to say goodbye to them all. We had such a memorable day which we will be talking about for a long time to come. I cannot recommend the Sunfeather Winterlude tour enough. Thank you all so much!

Thrill of our lives!

On January 26th at 3PM, we experienced one of the greatest thrills of our lives……………a sled dog tour with Snowy Owl! We are a retired couple and this was a first for us. We took the Powder Hound Express tour and although we loved it, we’d most certainly book a longer tour on our next trip north! We’ll most certainly recommend your company to any one we know who might be heading to your area. Jamie, from Manchester, UK was just wonderful to us, and our experience was the highlight of our 10 day trip to Banff & Jasper National Parks! We are from Oroville, CA and this was our first trip to Canada. Hopefully, it will not be our last.

Hello All, I was on your past Saturday Powder Hound Express Tour and WOW, what a blast I had. It was far more exciting and organized than I expected. A bow to you all and I can’t wait to do it again. Both the dogs and the crew were exceptional. My only regret was when it was over…next time I shall book a longer tour! I would have loved to have hung out with the dogs a lot longer and chat with the crew but they were all so busy (understandingly). Anyway, you will definitely see me again – probably not ‘til next season but until then, Happy Trails!

Dear Snowy Owl Tours, As I was looking for activities to do in the Canmore Banff Area, I came across your website regarding dog sledding via the Tourism Canmore website. I want to compliment you on a job well done. I enjoyed your site immensely and it is certainly a “GREAT” advertisement for your company. It was interesting to read about the kennels, The great dogs that are at rest and to read about some of the staff. I have never experienced dog sledding yet, but you have certainly peeked a strong curiosity for me. I want to explore the different packages that you have and discuss the adventures with my family. I feel that this experience would be a memory of a lifetime. Once again just wanted to say…..”WOW”…..what a nice website!!

To: Connie and the rest of Snowy Owl Staff. On behalf of my wife Kathy, and my son Josh, we would like to thank Snowy Owl Sled Dog Tours and your staff for the AWESOME time we had. We came to Canmore on my son’s spring break from Sherwood Park, Alta. and I found your website while searching for activities to plan for our stay. I am so glad that I did and that we were able to get in on our tour with you on Wednesday March 27th, as we did not book until we arrived in Canmore on March 25th. This was definitely the highlight of our stay. We came into your office to book our 2hr tour and your office staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions and advice on which tour and whether we would want to drive ourselves or take transportation to Spray Lakes. On Wednesday when we arrived up at Spray Lakes where the sled teams were, we were welcomed by Connie, and the other staff with smiles. We were encouraged to go and meet the dogs and let them get to know us. Unfortunately I did not get all of our guides names, but I would like to thank them all, in particular Richard, our lead guide. He was very thorough in his introduction and instruction to the group at the beginning. He also was great on the trails in assisting and making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. Even when some were having difficulties staying on their sleds and controlling the dogs all the guides were right there making sure all was o.k.. The trail was great, not too hard, but just exciting enough to make it fun!! The second half was just right for my wife and son to be able to let them drive the team. It was great to see our six year old driving a team of sled dogs. We have already been talking about doing it again, and hopefully we will do the 4hr tour next time. We have been telling everyone we talk to about our fantastic time and about Snowy Owl. Again thanks for the great time and I am sending along a photo of us for you. Hopefully it comes through o.k..
